KECA U.S.A. sells contract furniture to businesses. This page explains what this website collects and why.
When you request a quote, apply for a trade account, download a spec sheet or contact us, we receive what you type or attach (for example your name, company, email, phone, project details and any plans you upload). This browser remembers the details you enter so you are not asked again; a later spec-sheet download sends them again. We use it to answer you and prepare your quote. We do not sell it.
A trade application or a spec-sheet download also carries the random ID this site keeps in your browser and the pages you recently viewed in this browser (up to 12, with their titles and times).
Three tools use outside AI services to draft their answers: the quote maker's planner sends your project description, quote list, quantities and delivery ZIP to OpenAI's AI service, with a code made from your connection's IP address that OpenAI uses to spot abuse; the photo search on the projects page sends the photo you choose to OpenAI's AI service; and the AI assistant sends what you ask it, the earlier messages in the conversation and the product page you are on to Anthropic's or Google's AI service. None of this is part of our ad measurement.
We advertise on Google and in ChatGPT (OpenAI). To learn which ads lead to requests, this site uses the Google Ads tag and OpenAI's measurement script. Both set cookies on this site.
The Google Ads tag sends Google the address of the page you are viewing. If you arrive from a Google ad, the ad's click reference is kept in your browser for 90 days and sent to us with any quote request you submit. When you tap Call, Email or WhatsApp, or send us a request, the tag also tells Google that you contacted us, so we can see which ads lead to calls and requests.
OpenAI's script never runs on the page you are reading. It runs only in a hidden, empty page of this site (kecausa.com/oaiq/), so the only addresses it reports are kecausa.com and that empty page. Each time you open a page of this site (apart from the trade sign-in and trade account pages and a few private pages), it tells OpenAI that a kecausa.com page was opened, with technical details about the script, such as its version, whether measurement is switched on and whether this is the first page of your visit. When you send a quote request or a trade application, it tells OpenAI that one was sent, with a reference number for the request (for a trade application, a random code made in your browser).
With these messages OpenAI also receives the ChatGPT ad reference if you arrived from a ChatGPT ad (kept in a cookie named __oppref for 30 days), a random browser ID (a cookie named __obref, kept for 365 days) and the time. Like any web request, they also reveal your IP address and browser type. OpenAI's servers may also set short-lived security cookies of their own, on openai.com.
The measurement script does not send OpenAI the addresses of the pages you view, product names, prices or your contact details.
We record the pages viewed on this site with a random ID kept in your browser. For each page we note its address and title, the site you came from, any campaign tags in the link, whether you came from a Google or ChatGPT ad, the product shown, what you search for here, how long you spend on the page and how far you scroll, and which buttons you use (such as Call, Email, WhatsApp, the AI assistant or the quote list). Our server adds your approximate location (city, state and country) and the name of the network you browse from (your internet provider, or your organisation when its network shows it). It does not store your IP address with these records; to limit abuse and repeated requests, our server keeps a code made from it.
If you apply for a trade account or download a spec sheet, the pages you viewed in this browser are sent with your request.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, OpenAI's script is not loaded at all. You can also switch it off on this browser with the button below. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
One click switches off ChatGPT ad measurement on this browser: OpenAI's script stops loading, the cookies it sets on this site and what it keeps in this tab's session storage are deleted, and your browser remembers the choice until you turn it back on here. Nothing is sent to OpenAI when you click.
This switch covers ChatGPT ads. For Google ads, use adssettings.google.com or your browser's cookie settings. It does not change our own visit records.
